When appointments are made, time is reserved specifically for your care. If you are unable to keep your scheduled time, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you are late to your appointment, we can not guarantee you will be seen that day.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur, so our office may review these situations at our discretion. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the following charges. A $50 non-refundable fee will be charged if you do not provide 24 hours notice or are absent for your appointment.

In addition to the non-refundable $50 fee, your estimated out-of-pocket fee will be collected prior to rescheduling a surgery appointment. Failure to keep your scheduled appointments may results in termination from our practice. Cancellations MUST be made during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm)

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Swigert provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, we will do our best to see you that day.
